This past weekend was Martin Luther King's Holiday weekend.  Unfortunately I was a little under the weather so I stay in the house and rested all weekend.  That was one of the best things I've done in awhile, just sit back, lay back and relax.  It's good to do this every now and then and sometimes it's forced upon us as it was upon me this weekend.  It gave me a lot of time to reflect on this coming year and many years to come.  It also gave me the opportunity to pick up my drawing pad and drawing a picture and finish up on one that I started back in 2015.  I basically haven't done any drawing since I started my business because most of my creativity went into the business.  So this weekend was great for me.  No stress, no worries, just my mind being free.  Below are the pictures I drew.  This year I will develop a web-site just for my artwork so be on the look out for that.

I'm looking forward to this New Year.  I'm going to implement new ways of doing and completing projects.  I want to have all of my jobs on schedule, on time and under budget.  I'm looking to work faster while also paying attention to critical detail.  I'm looking to have projects that will work my brain.  Projects that I've never done before and to create beautiful masterpieces that will last forever.
