Short Handed

Thanksgiving just past by last week.  At the beginning of Thanksgiving week I had two workers that were going out of town and wouldn't be back until the Monday after Thanksgiving. I tried to find  two people to replace them temporary but couldn't find anyone that quickly that I could trust to do the job alone without my supervision and also trust them inside of the customers houses.  So I had to fill in both positions myself.  Needless to say I've been working my you know what off thiese past two weeks trying to get two projects to close.  I'm two weeks away from closing on both projects.  I don't like to have two projects at the same stage runining.  I can't move my crew around like I'm used to.  So needless to say, my body is feeling it this past week.  Not as young as I used to be.  Although I love the work, it's definitely hard on the body especially me with a bad hip.  So I sit here relaxing on this Saturday on a rare day off thinking about, what else, work with Icee Hott on my knee and hip. LOL.  I love my job and love the work that we do but like Danny Glover would say in "Lethal Weapon".  I'm gettin to old for this s__t.
