Well it's that time of year again. Summer is gone and Fall is here, which means leaves, leaves, and more leaves. Make sure you keep your gutters and drains clear so you won't run into any problems of clogging. Cleanup you leaves at least once a week until the Fall season ends or when the leaves stop dropping. It's also a good time to take all the beautiful pictures of the trees and nature. Enjoy the Fall Season.

In some ways remodeling a house has the same principles as a baseball game. You start out with a pitcher to begin the game and if he can't finish the game, you bring in a closer to close out the game. Well remodeling a house is very similar. You start out with your carpenter but down the stretch and towards the end, you need your best guy in there to close out the job. You can't put anyone in there to close it out, it has to be a special guy that knows how to close. Closing out a job is the most important part of a project. It can make you or it can break you. Meaning that you won't get any referral's if you don't close out a job properly. It has to be perfect. At P. L. Johnson Construction, Inc., that's what we like to do to keep our customer's happy and lead us to more projects. So always remember to have your best "Closer Guy" at the end of the game or in remodeling terms, Project.
