As we get close towards the end of the year I have to start thinking about our goals for next year.  December is the month where my mind gets really going.  I'm the brains behind this entire business and the leader of my staff and crew.  What can I do to make my business better, stronger, more profitable, able to withstand the rough times when work is slow?  Will there be more smaller jobs or less bigger jobs?  This is the time I have to write down and implement my strategy for the upcoming year.  I'm going into my 17th year as the President and Owner of this company.  There hasn't been to many jobs that we haven't done.  My mind is very creative, so this year I want to build and create something that I've never done before.  Something that's really challenging and will make me go, Wow! That's Amazing!  I don't know what that is yet but I hope something amazing happens for me and the company next year.  So with all that being said, I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  May all your dreams and wishes come true.
